Since this is one of the books we have the option of giving out at door-to-door, I asked for a copy to take home and read because I don't like giving away books I haven't read. I mean, what if they were to ask whether *I* liked it? "Uh, I haven't read it, actually... but you should!"
Nah, not a good approach. :-p
Anyway, it was quick to read (I read one chapter a couple weeks back, put it aside, and finished the rest this afternoon). Most of it is stuff I already have studied, but it is a good review. It covers a lot of the major prophecies of Daniel and Revelation in a quick, concise, and clear manner.
Basically, the premise is to encourage all Christians to do a couple of things. First, put aside tradition and even heritage - both of which have strong holds on us - and let the Bible only be our road map to get home. Second, he goes over the prophecies of how we can know the time of the second coming of Jesus is near and the direction we can gain from those prophecies for how we should look at our time and how we should be living in preparation for the end.
I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who is already a Christian, because the book is written for the encouragement and strengthening of Christians.
