butterbobbinI am currently mixing two scoops of mayonnaise, a large squirt of mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper with about 3/4-1 cup of sauerkraut in a 9X9 pan and I'm going to mix in some slightly cooked diced potatoes with skins still on and bake it at 350 for about half an hour.
I am curious to see how this will turn out.
You might want to wait to try it until I find out how it does turn out. :-p
The husband is still hard at work. Sabbath starts in about an hour and a half, so I'm trying to get our dinner made so I can have the kitchen clean before sundown.
